The Futureheads Tour

Hello everyone!

April 28th - May 13th. Officially the longest tour we've ever done in the UK. An amazing experience. Playing in front of huge crowds in towns and cities we've never been before. It was amazing to be able to push our music in new places where people may not of heard of us before.

Thank you to everyone single person that came to see us, turned up early, spoke to us, applauded us or bought CD's & Vinyl. Oh and an extra special thanks to the one man booing us in Birmingham! You know who you are!

It was a pleasure to be on the road with The Futureheads, a band we have loved for years, and consider to be an big influence of ours.

We also met and toured with The Postelles and Frankie & The Heartstrings! Sharing horrific Travelodge stories, mass amounts of Strongbow and a few games of, 'blast the ball into the van door as hard as you can' were just a few of the many highlights on this tour.

"Classic Paul Musco, booting the ball into the water in Bristol"

Middlesbrough opened our eyes to the 'Parmo' which was incredible. Sharing half a Parmo in the back of a van drunk with the person to your left, whilst our tour manager is in the front sober, devouring one to himself. Again, classic Paul Musco. I think we came to our senses after eating so much fast food, and decided a Pieminster in Bristol was the healthy option.

A special Thank you...

For those of you that know us well, you may of noticed that for a few dates in the middle of the tour Pete went missing. He was in Denmark with Uni. So our good friend Evan, helped us out by standing in for him and did a fantastic job! His very own band 'Deaf To Van Gogh's Ear' will be playing along side us for the first time at our single launch next Friday. It's going to be a great night!

All in all the past 3 or 4 weeks have been a great experience for us and we have loved every second of it. We are working hard at the moment promoting this new single and writing away in rehearsals trying to put together a new album.

Hope to see all your faces at the single launch or at another show soon.

Thank you to everyone again.
